Cool Crops Registration Policies

  • Our events are 18+.

  • Payment must be received via PayPal* in order to secure your spot. 

  • Final invoices will be sent 5 weeks prior to the event start date and must be paid within 7 days to keep your spot.  We are no longer accepting payment at the event. 

  • NO show = NO refund

  • Cancellation policy 

             If you cancel :

                           >30 days prior to the event you get back your full payment. 

                           29-7 days prior to the event you will be refunded all but your $100 deposit**

                          < 7 days prior to the event no refund will be issued.**

*ONLY Insiders have the option of paying by check. Any checks that bounce will be charged a $30 fee.

**if we are able to fill your spot we will refund your full payment.

Insider Policies

  • Insider memberships are an individual membership and the benefits apply only to the Insider. Therefore, an Insider can only use their membership privileges to register themselves for an event. 

  • Insiders who opt to pay by check need to make sure the check is received within 7 days of your registration or risk losing your spot. The deposit needs to be paid even if you are an Insider. Your spot is not secured until the deposit is received.  If the event sells out before your deposit is received, you will lose your spot and be placed on the wait list. 

  • Final payment for all events must be paid five weeks prior to the event as indicated above. 

COVID Precautions 

  • If you are sick please stay home.  We are  not requiring attendees  be vaccinated but are hoping people will continue to make the right decision with regard to staying home if they aren't feeling well. 

  • Masks will continue to be required while moving around the crop room and the hotel.  If mandates change we will consider changing this rule but for now this is our plan. 

  • We have plans to "reinvent" our snack table and a few other things to make them safer for everyone.  Stay tuned!

  • Hand sanitizer will be kept throughout the room for your use. 

  • Things are changing daily and are different from state to state. It might be necessary for us to make some changes to the menu or schedule to accommodate these ever changing rules.  Please be patient.
