Cool Crops Registration Policies

Our events are 18+.
Payment must be received via PayPal* in order to secure your spot.
Final invoices will be sent 5 weeks prior to the event start date and must be paid within 7 days to keep your spot. We are no longer accepting payment at the event.
Installment payments will be charged $2.00 for each installment payment made.
NO show = NO refund
$115 deposit is NON Refundable
Cancellation policy

If you cancel :

>10 days prior to the event you get back your full payment (minus the $115 nonrefundable dep).

< 10 days prior to the event no refund will be issued **

*ONLY Insiders have the option of paying by check. Any checks that bounce will be charged a $30 fee.

**if we are able to fill your spot we will refund your full payment minus the non refundable $115 deposit.

Insider Policies

Insider memberships are an individual membership and the benefits apply only to the Insider. Therefore, an Insider can only use their membership privileges to register themselves for an event.
Insiders who opt to pay by check need to make sure the check is received within 7 days of your registration or risk losing your spot. The deposit needs to be paid even if you are an Insider. Your spot is not secured until the deposit is received. If the event sells out before your deposit is received, you will lose your spot and be placed on the wait list.
Final payment for all events must be paid five weeks prior to the event as indicated above.

COVID Precautions

If you are sick please stay home. We are not requiring attendees be vaccinated but are hoping people will continue to make the right decision with regard to staying home if they aren't feeling well.
With regard to masks, we are following each states guidelines, as well as what is mandated by the hosting hotel.
Hand sanitizer will be kept throughout the room for your use.
We will continue to monitor the guidelines for each state and follow them.
