What's included for my $315?

• Plenty of work space. Everyone gets their own 6’ x 30” table and we always do our best to provide a generous aisle too.  No climbing required! 

• Beautiful layouts designed by Cara for each event.

• Meals include Friday and Saturday dinner, Saturday and Sunday breakfast and of course we've fallen in love with Ice Cream Emergency!! 

• Room rate: $134/night for 1-4 in the room. Subject to state and local taxes.  Click here to book online! Room block expires 9/15/26.

• Two easy payment plans available. Pay in full or $115 nonrefundable deposit and (2) $100 installments. If paying in installments, you will be invoiced on August 6th and September 10th.  These installments will each include a $2.00 installment fee.

• Cool Crops team who are 100% there to make your weekend everything you hoped for and more!

• Crop room open 7am -2am daily!

• Early bird arrival at 4pm for only $20 more! Early bird fee can be paid in cash when you arrive. We do not need to know in advance.
