What does my $315 get me?

• Plenty of work space. Everyone gets their own 6’ x 30” table and we always do our best to provide a generous aisle too.  No climbing required! 

• Beautiful layouts designed by Cara for each event.

• Breakfast Saturday and Sunday, Dinner Friday and Saturday plus a yummy Friday Night Ice Cream social!

• Competitive room rates:   $149/per night for single occupancy, $154/night double, $159 Triple and $164 quad occupancy.  Hotel rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Click here to book online!  Cut-off date 08/11/26.   

• Two easy payment plans available. Pay in full or a $115 non-refundable deposit and 2 installments of $100 each. If paying in installments you will be invoiced on July 2nd and August 6th.  These installments will each include a $2.00  installment fee.

• Crop room open 7am -2am daily!

• Early bird arrival at 4pm for only $20 more! Early bird fees can be paid in cash when you arrive. We do not need to know in advance.
