What's included for my $315?

    • Plenty of work space. Everyone gets their own 6’ x 30” table and we always do our best to provide a generous aisle too.  No climbing required! 

    • Beautiful layouts designed by Cara for each event.

    • Breakfast Saturday and Sunday, Dinner Friday and Saturday!

    • Competitive room rates:   Single $129, double $134, triple $139 and quad $144 per night. Hotel rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. You can book online by clicking here. Cut-off date 01/10/2025.   

    • Two easy payment plans available. Pay in full or a $115 non-refundable deposit and 2 installments of $100 each. If paying in installments you will be invoiced on December 19th and January 23rd. These installments will each include a $2.00  installment fee.

    • Cool Crops team who are 100% there to make your weekend everything you hoped for and more!

    • Crop room open 7am -3am daily!

    • Early bird arrival at 4pm (earlier if hotel booking allows) for only $20 more! Early bird fees can be paid in cash when you arrive. We do not need to know in advance.
